Fluid Mobility is a Canadian Corporation based in Toronto, Ontario, incorporated in 2005 as a mobile application professional services firm. We are a private organization with sales offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Toronto, Detroit and Atlanta. Our management team has background experience with many leading organizations including Rogers, Enbridge, American Express, EDS, and the Department of Defense.

Jesse Duggan, Founder & President

Over the past 15 years Jesse Duggan has led development on innovative solutions for some of the top Canadian organizations in banking, media and the public sector including CIBC, BMO, RBC, Rogers, Enbridge, AMEX, Intercon and the Department of Defence. Since beginning his career, Jesse has divided his time between clients in Canada and the United States where he has consulted with such companies as ADAM.com, where he delivered Medical Encyclopaedia Delivery Technology that delivered content to over 50 clients including, Merck Medco, WebMD and HEALTHSOUTH. Jesse is a self-taught technologist and attended Carleton University studying Economics and Computer Science.

Fluid Mobility, a company he created in 2005, works with many leading enterprises to push the boundaries of mobile technology.

Patrick Beard, Chief Operating Officer

Patrick has spent over 27 years in the information technology business. This began with EDS in launching their client/server sales/service to the commercial markets in North America. Patrick was one of the founders of the EDS Virtual Reality Center for advanced visualization. Over the past three years Patrick has been involved with the mobile resource management markets working with the various mobile carriers and Smartphone manufacturers and software providers. Patrick holds degrees from the University of Michigan (BA) and Central Michigan University (MBA).

Ian Donen, Chief Technology Officer

Ian Donen is a technology specialist with over 20 years of professional software development experience in both consumer/commercial and enterprise environments. He has been developing and managing web sites and web applications since 1998 for clients that include Unisys, Rothmans Benson & Hedges, CIBC, American Express and Hewlett Packard. He has a degree from the University of Waterloo, where his studies included Systems Design Engineering.
